Zanderio was built on a modular AI architecture using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangMem for logic flow and memory management. The system integrates OpenAI and Hugging Face models for conversation and intent detection, with Qdrant handling semantic search and embeddings. Node.js and FastAPI power the backend services, while RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis manage data, events, and caching. Deployed through Docker on a multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure, Zanderio ensures scalability, real-time inference, and continuous improvement through LangSmith-based tracking and retraining.
